Choose the Tigard Bus Amenities You Need
Not every Tigard group trip calls for the same setup. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes with perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, and flat-panel TVs — a strong match for birthday celebrations, bachelorette nights, and prom runs. A minibus handles corporate shuttles and wedding guest transfers well, with reclining seats, climate control, and enough overhead space for a weekend bag.
For longer hauls — say, a charter bus run from Tigard down to a Eugene event — undercarriage storage bays and onboard restrooms make the difference between a smooth trip and a miserable one. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, but you can compare specifics side by side right on the quote results page. Call 971-571-6720 if you want help matching amenities to your actual itinerary.

Tigard party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle type, the day of the week, and how many hours you need. As a general planning range: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekends, while a 25-passenger party bus typically falls in the $275–$375 per hour range on weekends. A full-size charter bus for a long-distance run can come in between $1,350 and $2,850 for a full day.

The Right Bus for Your Tigard Group Is Here
Here's the honest answer: calling bus companies one by one is a time sink. You describe your trip, wait on a callback, get a quote that doesn't quite match what you asked for, and start over. Greshampartybuscompany.com exists to cut that process down to one form or one phone call.
Because you can compare transportation providers serving Tigard and the entire Portland metro side by side — not just whatever a single company's fixed fleet happens to have — you get real options to compare: different vehicle sizes, different amenity setups, different price points. If a party bus is already booked on your date, another option is easy to find. If a 25-passenger bus is more than you need, a minibus quote is right next to it.
No obligation, no account, no waiting on hold.
Calling 971-571-6720 any day of the year gets you a custom quote based on your exact headcount, date, and destination — whether you're moving 12 people to a winery in Newberg or coordinating a fleet of charter buses for a Tigard corporate conference. Whatever your trip looks like, comparing your options here is simply faster than doing it the old way. Call now!
Group Transportation Services in Tigard

Tigard Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Portland International Airport (PDX) (7000 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR 97218) sits roughly 18 miles northeast of Tigard — about 30 to 45 minutes in normal traffic, longer if you're catching an early flight on a weekday morning when OR-217 North backs up before the I-5 interchange. For a group of 10 or more, coordinating separate cars means multiple parking transactions at PDX's short-term garage (rates run about $4 per hour, up to $30 per day), separate luggage loads, and the real possibility that someone misses the flight while everyone else is waiting at the gate.
A Tigard airport shuttle bus solves the coordination problem directly: one pickup, one vehicle, one drop-off at the PDX departures curb. For arriving groups, gather at baggage claim first — fully assembled, luggage in hand — before the vehicle moves to the arrivals curbside pickup zone. Call 971-571-6720 to compare airport shuttle options for your group size and travel date.

Tigard Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Tigard puts your group within 20 minutes of Portland's most popular bachelorette and bachelor circuits — the Pearl District bar row on NW 13th Avenue, the Mississippi Avenue strip in North Portland, and the Southeast Division Street corridor from Division Cocktail Bar and the rest of the stretch heading toward Hawthorne. The problem with driving the circuit yourself: SE Division is narrow with metered street parking that runs out by 9pm on weekends, and finding the group a Lyft or Uber back from North Portland at midnight means a 15–20 minute wait and surge pricing.
A Tigard bachelorette party bus — typically a 20- to 40-passenger option — keeps everyone on the same vehicle between stops and means nobody is doing the "who's sober enough to drive?" math at 1am. Weekend hourly rates for a 25-passenger party bus run roughly $275–$375. Call 971-571-6720 to compare options before the weekend you want is gone!

Tigard Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus pickup is one of the most memorable parts of a Sweet 16 or quinceañera in the Tigard area — and the vehicle itself becomes part of the celebration before anyone reaches the venue. Popular event spaces near Tigard include the Tigard Grange (13770 SW Beef Bend Rd, Tigard, OR 97224), the Raleigh Hills Masonic Lodge, and several banquet halls off Barbur Boulevard. For larger quinceañera receptions drawing 100+ guests across multiple pickup points in Tigard, Beaverton, and Lake Oswego, a charter bus handles the guest shuttle circuit cleanly.
For adult milestone birthdays heading into Portland for a bar crawl or a dinner-and-drinks night, a Tigard birthday party bus in the 20–30-passenger range is the right size for most friend groups. Weekend per-day rates for a 20-passenger party bus run roughly $1,950–$2,800 as a planning range — your real quote depends on the date and how many hours you need. Call 971-571-6720 to check availability!

Tigard Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of the major concert venues serving Tigard groups are in Portland, and the parking picture around each one is very different. Moda Center (1 N Center Court St, Portland, OR 97227) sits just off N Williams Avenue in the Rose Quarter — on a sold-out show night, the Rose Quarter Transit Center fills early and surface lots around the arena charge $20–$40, often pre-paid only. A Tigard concert bus rental drops your group curbside and skips the whole Rose Quarter parking scramble.
For all-ages and indie shows, McMenamins Crystal Ballroom (1332 W Burnside St, Portland, OR 97209) is right on W Burnside with virtually no dedicated parking — street spots on Burnside and the surrounding Pearl District fill by showtime. Further out, McMenamins Edgefield in Troutdale draws big summer crowds to its outdoor stages, and the drive back on I-84 West after a late show is no fun without a plan. A charter bus from Tigard handles the return trip so no one is navigating a dark highway after a long night.
Call 971-571-6720 to get started on your concert bus!

Tigard Corporate Event Transportation
Tigard sits at the intersection of OR-217 and I-5, which makes it a natural hub for Washington County corporate campuses — Nike's World Headquarters in Beaverton, Intel's Ronler Acres campus in Hillsboro, and the dozens of tech and medical offices lining the Kruse Way corridor in Lake Oswego are all within 20 minutes. But OR-217 is reliably congested between 7–9am and 4–6pm, and the Kruse Way on-ramps compound the problem for groups trying to move employees between sites on a tight schedule.
A Tigard corporate event bus or minibus keeps your team on one vehicle and on schedule, skipping the parking shuffle at each stop. For conferences at the Portland Airport Convention Center or off-sites at Oregon Convention Center (777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland, OR 97232), a full-size charter bus with undercarriage storage handles presentation materials and overnight bags without anyone checking a bag. Call 971-571-6720 for corporate shuttle rate quotes any day of the year.

Tigard Private Event Transportation Services
Tigard's calendar includes several annual events that generate real transportation headaches for groups. The Tigard Festival of Balloons at Cook Park (17005 SW 92nd Ave, Tigard, OR 97224) draws tens of thousands of visitors each June, and the surrounding streets near Boones Ferry Road and Hall Boulevard see significant congestion during peak launch windows — street parking fills up far from the park, and walking distances from available spots can exceed half a mile on busy days.
For family reunions, church retreats, or large private parties using Tigard's parks and event facilities, a charter bus keeps the whole group moving together without anyone getting separated navigating unfamiliar suburban streets. The Tigard private event bus options range from 15-passenger minibuses for tight groups up to 56-passenger charter buses for large-scale shuttles. Call 971-571-6720 — festival-window dates book up months out, so compare options as soon as the headcount is set.

Tigard Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Tigard High School (9000 SW Durham Rd, Tigard, OR 97224) typically holds prom in late April or May, and it's one of the busiest booking windows of the year across the entire Portland metro. High schools in Tualatin, Lake Oswego, and Beaverton all run on overlapping prom calendars — which means the pool of available party buses shrinks fast as spring approaches. For prom: book by December or expect to pay peak rates and face limited availability.
A Tigard prom party bus handles the whole group's pickup and drop-off in one round, which parents genuinely appreciate — no coordinating carpools, no debating who's picking up whom from the after-party at midnight. The LED lighting, sound system, and perimeter seating on a 20- to 30-passenger party bus are built for this night. Don't wait on it — call 971-571-6720 now to check what's still open on your date.

Tigard School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Tigard and Tualatin school groups have strong field trip options within an hour of campus. Multnomah Falls (Historic Columbia River Highway, Bridal Veil, OR 97010) is about 40 minutes east on I-84 — the Historic Columbia River Highway parking area is limited and the main lot fills completely by mid-morning on school group days, making a charter bus drop-off at the lower parking area far more practical than a fleet of parent cars hunting for spots. Oregon Zoo (4001 SW Canyon Rd, Portland, OR 97221) has a dedicated school bus and charter bus entrance and staging area off SW Canyon Road, which makes logistics straightforward for organized groups.
A Tigard school event charter bus with onboard restrooms and overhead storage cuts down on roadside stops and keeps the group together from school pickup to venue drop-off. ADA-accessible vehicles are available — just mention it when you call 971-571-6720 or request your quote online.

Tigard Sporting Event Transportation
Portland Timbers and Portland Thorns games at Providence Park (1844 SW Morrison St, Portland, OR 97205) are the most common sporting event run for Tigard groups. Providence Park is tucked into the West Hills neighborhood off SW 18th and Morrison — there is essentially no stadium parking lot. The MAX Blue and Red Lines stop at the Providence Park station directly outside the main gate, but for a group of 20 coming from Tigard, coordinating MAX transfers at Beaverton Transit Center with all your gear adds 45 minutes each way.
A charter bus or minibus drops your group on SW Morrison and stages nearby during the match, then meets you at the same spot after the final whistle.
For Tigard sporting event bus trips to Hillsboro Ballpark for Hops games or to Moda Center for Trail Blazers games, the same logic applies — stadium parking is expensive, limited, or nonexistent, and a bus solves all three problems at once. Call 971-571-6720 for game-day quotes!

Tigard Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
The Willamette Valley wine country that begins roughly 20 miles southwest of Tigard hosts some of Oregon's most sought-after wedding venues — The Allison Inn and Spa in Newberg, Youngberg Hill in McMinnville, and the various winery estates along OR-99W. The challenge with wine country weddings is the geography: guests staying in Tigard or Portland hotels are 45–60 minutes from the venue, OR-99W is a two-lane highway with no shoulders through Dundee, and the return drive after a 10pm reception ends is exactly when you don't want anyone behind the wheel.
A Tigard wedding shuttle bus runs clean loops between your hotel block and the venue so guests arrive together and leave safely. For the wedding party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the getting-ready-day transport from Tigard to the venue without anyone navigating in formal wear. Call 971-571-6720 — popular June and September wedding dates fill months out, so get your date confirmed early.

Tigard Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Chehalem Mountains and Dundee Hills AVAs — both within 40 miles of Tigard on OR-99W — are among Oregon's premier Pinot Noir growing regions, and the tasting room circuit between Newberg, Dundee, and Carlton is a popular group outing for Tigard residents. The problem driving it yourself: OR-99W through Dundee is famously slow on weekend afternoons (the Dundee Bypass has helped, but Saturday winery traffic still backs up), and tasting rooms like Domaine Drouhin Oregon (6750 NE Breyman Orchards Rd, Dayton, OR 97114) and Adelsheim Vineyard (16800 NE Calkins Ln, Newberg, OR 97132) are on narrow rural roads with limited parking for multiple vehicles.
A Tigard winery tour bus keeps the group together between stops and takes OR-99W out of anyone's hands for the day. For pub crawl groups staying closer to Tigard, the Bridgeport Village area and the craft beer corridor along SW Pacific Highway offer walkable multi-stop options that a minibus handles cleanly. Call 971-571-6720 to compare vehicles and rates for your tour date!

Weekend hourly rates run roughly $200–$275 for a minibus, $275–$375 for a mid-size party bus, and $325–$500 for a larger 40–50-passenger party bus. These are planning ranges — your actual quote moves with your specific date, route, and vehicle.

Either way, the whole process takes about a minute.
How many people fit on a party bus?
Party buses range from 15 to 50 passengers. A 15-passenger party bus works well for a small birthday group or a bridal party; a 40- or 50-passenger party bus is the right call for a large prom group or a big bachelorette group. For groups above 50, a 56-passenger charter bus is typically the answer.
Not sure which size fits? Call 971-571-6720 for help matching vehicle capacity to your headcount.
Can a charter bus drop off at Portland International Airport from Tigard?
Yes. PDX is about 18 miles northeast of Tigard — roughly 35–45 minutes depending on time of day and whether OR-217 North is running clean. Charter buses and minibuses drop off at the departures curb level by terminal.
For airport pickups, the group should be fully assembled at baggage claim with all luggage before the vehicle moves to the arrivals curbside lane — high-traffic arrival zones at PDX move quickly and waiting is limited. The PDX airport shuttle guide has more on how pickups work at the airport.
What's the best vehicle for a Willamette Valley winery tour from Tigard?
For most winery tour groups out of Tigard — typically 10 to 30 people — a minibus or a 20- to 25-passenger party bus is the right fit. The rural roads leading to tasting rooms in Newberg, Dundee, and Dayton are narrow, and smaller vehicles have an easier time navigating winery driveways and limited parking areas. A minibus also fits more naturally into winery lot setups than a full-size charter bus.
Weekend hourly rates for a minibus run $200–$275 as a planning range. Call 971-571-6720 to check availability for your tour date!
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Tigard?
For most events, booking 4–8 weeks out gives you solid vehicle selection and normal pricing. For high-demand dates — prom season (April–May), the Tigard Festival of Balloons in June, New Year's Eve, and peak Willamette Valley harvest season in September and October — book 3–6 months out. Prom especially: Tigard High and the surrounding Washington County high schools all hold proms within the same 6-week window, and the party bus market for that period is genuinely competitive.
Waiting until March for an April prom is a real risk. Call 971-571-6720 as soon as your date is confirmed.
Popular Tigard Party Bus Destinations
Tigard is 20 minutes from downtown Portland and deep in reach of the Willamette Valley wine country, the Columbia River Gorge, and Mount Hood — which means the destination list for group trips out of Tigard is genuinely long. Here are six of the most popular stops for Tigard bus groups, along with what you actually need to know before you arrive.

Providence Park
Providence Park (1844 SW Morrison St, Portland, OR 97205) is home to the Portland Timbers and Portland Thorns, two of the most passionate fan bases in American soccer. The stadium holds 25,218 for soccer and sits directly in the Goose Hollow neighborhood, bounded by SW 18th Avenue, SW Morrison, and SW Salmon. There is no stadium-owned parking lot — not a small lot, not a satellite lot, no lot.
The closest garages are the Smart Park on SW 10th and Yamhill and private surface lots on SW 18th, which charge $15–$30 on match days and fill up 90 minutes before kickoff.
A charter bus from Tigard drops your group on SW Morrison steps from Gate H and stages on a nearby side street during the match. After the final whistle, your pickup is already arranged — no scramble, no rideshare wait. Check out the Providence Park bus guide for the full logistics breakdown.

Moda Center
Moda Center (1 N Center Court St, Portland, OR 97227) anchors the Rose Quarter entertainment complex on the east bank of the Willamette River — home to the Trail Blazers and a major stop for touring concerts and arena shows. The Rose Quarter has its own parking structures (RQ1, RQ2, RQ3) that run $20–$40 per event, often pre-paid through the venue's website, and the Broadway Bridge and I-5 approaches back up badly after sellout shows. From Tigard, the drive up I-5 North to the Rose Quarter takes 25–35 minutes in normal conditions and considerably longer post-event.
A Moda Center charter bus from Tigard drops at the North entrance off N Wheeler Avenue, handles the return trip when the crowd is at its worst, and means nobody is circling the Rose Quarter garage at 11pm. Address: 1 N Center Court St, Portland, OR 97227 | Phone: (503) 235-8771

Hillsboro Ballpark
Hillsboro Ballpark (4460 NE Century Blvd, Hillsboro, OR 97124) is home to the Hillsboro Hops, the High-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, and one of the cleanest minor league ballpark experiences in the Northwest. The venue holds about 4,500 fans and sits off NE Century Boulevard near Intel's Ronler Acres campus. Parking on-site is available and generally manageable for individual cars, but for a Tigard group of 25 or more, coordinating arrivals across OR-217 and U.S. 26 West during a Friday evening game is its own project.
A minibus from Tigard keeps the group together for the 25-minute run to Hillsboro and means everyone arrives at first pitch — not scattered across three different parking rows. Check out the Hillsboro Ballpark bus guide for more on how groups arrive. Address: 4460 NE Century Blvd, Hillsboro, OR 97124 | Phone: (503) 640-0887

McMenamins Edgefield
McMenamins Edgefield (2126 SW Halsey St, Troutdale, OR 97060) is a 74-acre hotel, brewery, winery, distillery, and outdoor concert venue built inside a former county farm — one of the more genuinely interesting venues in the Portland metro. The outdoor concerts on the Power Station Stage draw crowds of several thousand, and the venue sits at the far east end of the I-84 corridor in Troutdale, about 30 miles northeast of Tigard. The drive back on I-84 West after a 10pm show ending — past the I-205 interchange and through the Gateway district — is exactly when you want someone else handling navigation.
A charter bus from Tigard to Edgefield stages in the property's ample parking area during the show and handles the post-concert I-84 run so the group can keep the night going on the ride home. The Edgefield bus rental guide covers the full logistics. Address: 2126 SW Halsey St, Troutdale, OR 97060 | Phone: (503) 669-8610

Multnomah Falls
Multnomah Falls (Historic Columbia River Highway, Bridal Veil, OR 97010) is Oregon's most visited natural attraction — a 620-foot waterfall accessible off I-84 East at Exit 31, about 38 miles northeast of Tigard. The lower parking lot at Exit 31 holds roughly 90 vehicles and is consistently full by 9am on summer weekends. Oregon Parks and Recreation has implemented a timed-entry permit system for the Historic Columbia River Highway State Trail area during peak season (May–October), and the lot itself charges $5 per vehicle when staff are present.
A charter bus from Tigard arrives as one vehicle, not 10 — one parking transaction, one permit coordination, and one meeting point for the group at the trailhead. The Multnomah Falls bus guide covers current parking and drop-off logistics. Check the Oregon Parks and Recreation official page for current timed-entry requirements before your visit.
Address: Historic Columbia River Highway, Bridal Veil, OR 97010 | Phone: (503) 695-2372

Washington Square Mall
Washington Square (9585 SW Washington Square Rd, Tigard, OR 97223) is one of Oregon's largest shopping malls, anchored by the state's largest Nordstrom, plus Macy's, JCPenney, and Dick's Sporting Goods, along with more than 170 retailers, and it sits less than two miles from central Tigard directly off OR-217 at the Greenburg Road exit. For group outings — company holiday shopping events, school group retail tours, or large family trips — managing separate cars in the Washington Square parking structure during peak periods (November–December, back-to-school in August) is genuinely tedious. The garage fills from the Nordstrom anchor inward, and the exit queues on OR-217 Northbound after a busy Saturday can add 20–30 minutes to the drive home.
A minibus drops your group at the main entrance on Washington Square Road and picks up at the same spot when the group is done — no parking structure, no exit queue, no hunting for the car at the end of a long day. Address: 9585 SW Washington Square Rd, Tigard, OR 97223 | Phone: (503) 639-8860
